Why This Matters
Women are carrying invisible injuries from the workplace—
microaggressions, burnout, exclusion, and the weight of performing under pressure.
WorkHurt to Healing LIVE created a space where:
Women were seen
Their stories were heard
Their healing was prioritized
Their leadership was restored
This event is not performative. It’s not corporate jargon.
It’s a healing-centered, community-rooted experience designed specifically for women navigating modern workplaces.
