As a trusted advisor—now as Executive in Residence at Talmetrix—Yuri guides C-Suite executives from Fortune-level companies like Ralph Lauren, Gulfstream Aerospace, and General Dynamics to define their leadership legacy, tailor people strategies, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Workplace Rights at Workhuman, and held Chief Diversity Officer roles at both Fannie Mae and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
